Privacy

Contacting us. If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange any follow-up. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle that enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Booking a call. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It processes the details you enter, including your name, email address and chosen appointment time, so we can arrange the meeting. Read Calendly’s privacy notice for details of its processing.

Resources and the Frequency. White papers and other resources can be downloaded without submitting contact details. You can subscribe to the monthly Fractal Force Frequency on this website. Previous editions remain available through the archive.

Newsletter subscriptions. With your consent, we use your first name and email address to send the Fractal Force Frequency through Brevo. Submitting the subscription form adds you directly to the newsletter list; no email confirmation is required. We also record where and when you requested a subscription and the consent wording shown to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by contacting info@fractal-force.com. We keep your subscription details while you subscribe and retain an unsubscribe record to respect your choice. Read Brevo’s privacy policy for information about its service.

Website operation. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages visitors use, how the site performs and whether actions such as subscriptions and bookings succeed. Our event measurements do not include names, email addresses, form contents or booking details. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs we send. These tools do not use analytics cookies.

Optional measurement. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and OpenAI Measurement Pixel to understand visits and whether advertising leads to selected publication downloads, a click on Book a call or a completed booking. The providers receive information such as the page URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics and a timestamp, and may set cookies. Google Analytics receives only recognised campaign or advertising click identifiers from a landing-page query; every other query parameter is discarded. We disable Google Signals, advertising personalisation and LinkedIn enhanced matching, and do not send names, email addresses, form contents or booking details through these tags. The tags load only after permission in this browser. You can change that choice on the measurement preferences page. Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. For questions or requests, write to info@fractal-force.com.

Cookies and external services

The embedded Calendly calendar loads when you open the booking window or visit the Contact page. Calendly may use cookies and process information as described in its privacy notice. Your browser can block or delete cookies, which may affect the calendar. Google Analytics, LinkedIn and OpenAI measurement cookies are permitted only after you choose Allow optional measurement.
