Privacy

Contacting us. If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange any follow-up. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle that enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Booking a call. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It processes the details you enter, including your name, email address and chosen appointment time, so we can arrange the meeting. Read Calendly’s privacy notice for details of its processing.

Resources and the Frequency. White papers and other resources can be downloaded without submitting contact details. Newsletter signup is not currently offered on this website. Previous editions of the Frequency remain available through the archive.

Website operation. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. We do not currently use visitor analytics or advertising tags on this website.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. For questions or requests, write to info@fractal-force.com.

Cookies and external services

The embedded Calendly calendar loads when you open the booking window or visit the Contact page. Calendly may use cookies and process information as described in its privacy notice. Your browser can block or delete cookies, which may affect the calendar.
