What does a first conversation look like?
You'll spend 30 minutes with Pieter discussing your customer engagement challenge. We'll explain where we would start and whether the Macro Audit would be useful. We'll also tell you if the work needs a different specialist.
Do you only work on the five foundations?
The five foundations explain much of our work, but we also support broader commercial excellence, go-to-market and capability programmes.
How does the free audit work?
We agree the scope, interview three to five people across your team, then assess the five foundations. You receive a scored report and a one-hour debrief two weeks after the last interview. Allow about three weeks overall, depending on interview availability. The audit is free.
Who does the work?
We appoint a project leader and bring together senior specialists and technology partners with the expertise your engagement needs. We agree the team and responsibilities with you as part of the proposal.
How do you use AI?
We use our own tools and frameworks to support research, analysis, drafting and quality checks. The accountable project leader reviews and signs everything you receive. We can explain the tools and data-handling arrangements for your engagement.
How do you price?
We agree a fixed fee for a defined scope and deliverables. Any additional work is priced before it starts. The Macro Audit is free; a deeper audit or subsequent project is scoped and priced separately.
